Directors

Artistic/Executive Director

Will has a B.A. in Drama from the University of Washington and he recently completed his graduate work for his Masters in Fine Arts in Theatre Directing from East 15 School of Acting in London, England. He will be returning to the States mid September and will join the school around September 26, 2013.

Will has an extensive background in theatre production. Some of his previous experience is from Omaha, NE where he worked with the Omaha Theatre Company for Young People and the Omaha Ballet Company in many roles including Production Coordinator and Assistant Technical Director. While in Omaha he also directed for companies such as The Omaha Theatre Company for Young People, F-Troupe Collaborative, and Midland Lutheran University. This was soon followed by directing and teaching with Stagedoor Manor, located in upstate New York.

Youth Actors Director

Sue Hlavinka has a BS in Theatre, Stage Management from University of Louisville and extensive experience in all areas of stage production. Sue is excited to be working with the Youth Actors and loves them already – “What a great bunch of kids!”

Bluegrass Kids Director

Jolene Davis joins the CKCTI team with a BA in Music from UCF, Orlando, Fl and a Masters in Education, FAU, Davie, FL. Jolene is an accomplished musician, composer/arranger and accompanist with back stage experience to boot…let alone that she plays a mean fiddle! Jolene is overwhelmed with the support and welcome she’s received from the theatre community here at CKCTI.
